At The General Performance Training we have solutions for all. With our variety of classes offered, we provide a level of class for anyone at any age, skill level, or shape. From 65 year old women who just need functionality in their lives, to people with previous, nagging injuries, e.g., required hip replacements, to overweight athletes that need help getting over the hump of weight loss, to super fit athletes that are extremely competitive in the actual sport, there is a class for you!
